RochesterWorks! has several programs to help your businesses provide employees with skills to succeed in today's workplace.
Training Grants RochesterWorks! connects 18 different federally funded employment and training programs in Monroe County. Most of the services provided are funded by the Workforce Investment Act. The system, which is governed by the Workforce Investment Board, oversees more than $11 million in employment and training resources. The following programs are available to help you train your new and current employees.
