A local leader in manufacturing and distribution needed to recruit, hire and retain qualified and skilled machine operators, for its state-of-the-art factory.
By implementing the WorkKeys job skills assessment system as part of its recruitment process, this company was able to effectively and easily identify qualified candidates.
The WorkKeys system is nationally recognized and can help businesses reduce turnover, increase ROI, and improve productivity. Approximately 75 individuals were tested for the positions, with 48 (64%) individuals scoring at or above the level required.
