RochesterWorks’ Signature 5-Day Interactive Job Search Program

“It's a process that continually reveals new questions and paths lead to personal & professional discovery.”

The 5 Steps to Rapid Employment program, developed by Jay Block, is designed to empower participants by teaching them how to proactively campaign for jobs, not just how to search for them.

5 Steppers will learn how to identify their market value, showcase the results they can produce for employers, develop self-marketing tools, and take control of their careers by implementing strategies that help them keep their job and grow their careers, no matter what changes come along. This process-driven program has helped job seekers find work in less than 1/3 the time of the average - How? 5 Steps is more than just resumes and networking.

The holistic, step-by-step approach to career development combines live, interactive instruction with RochesterWorks! Coaches and a cohort of your peers. Online activities support instruction throughout the program week and the support doesn't end on day five. 5 Step graduates receive ongoing support from an exclusive 5 Steps LinkedIn group, monthly Campaign Team meetings, and one-on-one coaching with RochesterWorks! 5 Steps Certified coaches.

Even if you think you know all there is to know about the job search, we know the 5 Steps to Rapid Employment Program has something to offer you.
